Welcome, welcome, welcome! If this is your first time visiting my website, I’m absolutely thrilled to have you here. My creations and offerings are all deeply rooted in my love for God, my wonderful family, my incredible Texan community, and the adventurous journey of my life. This journey includes striving to find balance and well-being, both physically and mentally.
I couldn’t be more excited that the weekend is finally upon us. It’s the perfect time to hit that reset button. As a matter of fact, I just conquered Week 2 of a challenging 30-day workout regimen. (Cue the applause, please!) I’ve still got two more weeks to go, but I’m already loving the progress I’m seeing. I feel stronger and healthier than I have in years.

Now, let me share a little secret with you. I’ve always been someone who prioritizes staying active and finding what works best for me. However, what I’d been doing for the past 48 years was no longer cutting it. I had gained some unwanted weight, and I was feeling downright uninspired. So, I decided to listen to my body, bid farewell to yo-yo dieting, and return to the basics. What I discovered was that my body craved more than just cardio to shed pounds; it needed strength training and a shift in focus away from the scale.
Two weeks into this journey, I’ve experienced some weight fluctuations, but the good news is I’ve shed 3 pounds and gained muscle in my legs and arms. I’m on a path to a healthier and happier me.
